Exploring the Veda
Want to deepen your Vedic Meditation practice and expand your state of consciousness?
Exploring the Veda is for you if:
You’re enjoying your meditation practice and are wondering what’s next
You’re curious and like to explore new concepts
You sense there’s more to life than what you’re currently experiencing
You want to become fearless, capable and adaptable, no matter what
Exploring the Veda is a profound Vedic knowledge course originally recorded by my teacher, Maharishi Vyasanand Giri Thom Knoles. It examines all aspects of the Veda (an ancient body of universal knowledge) and how to apply Vedic knowledge to enhance your life.
“Knowledge eliminates fear and gives us the capacity for effective action in life”
Thom Knoles
About the course
Exploring the Veda is facilitated by Sheryn in six instalments over 12-18 months.
Each instalment is held over a weekend from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon in a non-residential retreat setting.
Together, we’ll listen to Thom’s profound knowledge and discuss the concepts as a group.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn advanced techniques only taught in this course to accelerate your practice and integrate this knowledge into your life.
We’ll also have fun! You’ll enjoy delicious food and chai and have time to make new connections with like-minded meditators. Many long-lasting friendships are often formed.
Topics covered include:
Correcting old habits of thinking
How to expand your state of consciousness
Understanding time and the role of evolution
How manifestation really works
Love and relationships
Developing fearlessness in an ever-changing world
Each instalment can be taken independently; there’s no commitment to take all six parts upfront. However, to complete the course, you’ll need to take each part sequentially, as each instalment naturally leads to the next.
“The main product of the course Exploring the Veda is that you begin to learn how the laws of Nature actually work.
You gradually become more and more of a Knower, someone who truly understands how the laws of Nature function, what those laws of Nature are, and how consciously to design happiness for yourself.”
Thom Knoles
